Abstract

The phenomenon of burnout among educators has escalated significantly in the era of digital
disruption, triggered by an increase in online administrative workloads and the challenges of adapting
to technology. These conditions substantially reduce teachers' motivation, pedagogical effectiveness,
and professionalism. Various psychological and managerial interventions have been attempted, but
solutions based on a framework of prophetic values and spiritual resilience are still limited, especially
in the context of Muslim educators. This study aims to analyze the relevance of prophetic spiritual
values as an integrative strategy in mitigating burnout while strengthening teacher professionalism
from an Islamic perspective. The method used is descriptive qualitative through library research with
thematic content analysis of the Hadith corpus emphasizing fundamental values related to teaching
ethics such as sincerity, patience, gratitude, trust in God, and exemplary behavior. The results of the
study show that prophetic spiritual values not only function as an intrinsic religious coping
mechanism, but also play a significant role in building spiritual resilience, emotional resilience, and
professional integrity among teachers amid the demands of the digital age. The integration of Hadith
into the framework of teacher professionalism provides an applied solution that is both normative
theological and contextual, thereby offering a balanced prophetic-based model for teacher
development.
